If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to give a credit for exchange (only for non-custom orders). We have this policy to ensure that you have the best possible shopping experience online. So if you are not happy with your purchase, return the merchandize to us for a store credit within 21 days of purchase date.
All standard sized outfits may be returned within 21 days of purchase date for exchange with any other item of same or higher value. You only pay re-shipping charge and price difference with requested exchange item. However, if we ship you a damaged product, we will be happy to refund 100% of your fees.
For return and exchanges, products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging – unworn, unaltered, without perfume or usage marks, along with the security tags.

Syle/design change, plus size orders and other major change in product are considered as custom order. It takes 2-4 weeks to ship custom order. Larger sizes may take longer to ship. It may not be possible to make certain dresses/tunics in plus size. Please call for further assistance.
Since some orders are tailored/altered exclusively for our customers, we are constrained to have a policy of no exchange or return for those items (This only applies if we make a custom blouse, custom size, plus sizes, or a customer order all together). Relatively, fashion is an evolution. Due to the nature of Indian clothing, we respect customer's ability to support Vulcal's NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE for new custom outfits to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion. However, if the fault is on our end and the blouse or the dress does not fit you correctly, we will re-alter the dress free of charge.
Also beware that the colors shown on screen can be slightly different from the actual product, due to the color settings of your computer, and the lighting in the picture.
Vulcal will not be responsible for loss or damage of shipment if you do not buy insurance. However, if the fault is on our end, we will do the best to satisfy you as a customer and re-ship the product.
